Chest Measurement:

Extend your arms straight out from your body, take a full breath and hold it.

Have someone measure around your chest under your arms.

Lower your arms and measure again under your arms while breathing normally.

The larger of the two measurements is your chest measurement, which determines your jacket size.

Your shoe size determines your arm length:

Size 9 or smaller = SHORT jacket

Size 9-11 = REGULAR jacket

Larger than size 11 = LONG jacket

Note: If you have a larger belly, consider measuring your belly as well. If it’s larger than your chest, you may want to order the jacket size based on your belly measurement for a more comfortable fit.
