We value happy customers. If, at any time, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know, and we will do whatever we can to make it right. We will happily accept returns for exchange, credit, or a full refund (not including shipping). Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on special order merchandise. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. |
| Special Orders: |
Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Because they are made for you, special orders cannot be cancelled once the item is under production. Please be sure you have measured correctly and ordered the correct tartan before placing your order. In the rare case of manufacturing defects, please contact us ---your satisfaction with our products is important to us. Special orders totaling approximately $200 or less will be charged in full at the time we place your order. All other special orders will be charged 50% at the time we place your order, the remainder being charged when we complete your order. Important Exception — PayPal charges you in full when you place your order. We don't have any control over this. If you do not want to be charged when you place your order. please select a different payment method instead. |

There are sometimes unavoidable delays in restocking our most popular items. If it is important to you to receive an item right away, please contact us to determine if the item is in stock. Otherwise, we will ship back-ordered items to you as soon as we receive them. |
